Neighborhood Watch Program - Your neighborhood needs you! Neighborhood crimes and other related problems can be reduced by good neighbors working together. Host or attend a Neighborhood Watch meeting to learn about important police-related topics. Get to know your neighbors and organize a block party. Invite McGruff the Crime Dog! Call the Crime Prevention Officer at (937) 433-2301 to see if Neighborhood Watch is established in your area.
Security Surveys - Whether at your home or business, we will conduct a personal survey and make recommendations for improving your security.
Operation Identification - Safeguard your valuables by recording their serial numbers and marking them with your social security number. Pick up the engraver at the Miami Township Police Department.
Public Speaking Engagements - If your group is in need of learning more about a police-related topic, contact the Community Relations Officer for a public speaker. The following is a list of programs and presentations available. Other topics can be presented upon request. Please contact us at least three weeks in advance of your meeting.

Tours - Call ahead and bring your group for a tour of the Miami Township Police Department
Vacation Home Checks - Call the police department to leave important emergency contact information on file and officers will periodically check your home while you’re on vacation. If away for shorter periods of time, we also honor requests for extra patrol. |
