I am John E. Williams, an OCPA, CPS (Certified Protection Specialist). I am a retired Dayton Police Sergeant and have bee in law enforcement since, Oct 2, 1967 for a total of 34 years. I have been with the Beavercreek PD since May 2, 1994, in my present position as a Crime Prevention Specialist. I have worked crime prevention since 1980 and have been a member of the MVCPA since that time.

Clay Township

Clay Township K9 drug program began in June 1996 solely on donations and fundraisers from businesses, organizations and citizens. The Traffic Drug Enforcement Unit (TDEU) was officially put into service in November 1996 after Tori and her handler successfully completed the required 320-hour training program. The TDEU team received the 1999 Officer(s) of the Year Award from the Brookville Optimist Club.

The Huber Heights Police Division offers the citizens an active Neighborhood Watch Program.  A Citizens Police Academy, and a citizens on patrol group called PRIDE. We offer for youth ages 14 to 20 a Police Explorer group, for those youth interested in a career in law enforcement. We offer free home and commercial security inspections, and a vacation house checks. Many other programs targeting safety at home and at work.
