Sinclair Police offers a variety of crime prevention programs, including the annual Safety Awareness Expo. The Expo includes not only campus organizations and student clubs but over 40 area police departments and safety-related organizations. Other pro-active programs include student orientations, an engraving program, a Rip-Off card reminder program, conducting security assessments and utilizing a community-based policing program across campus.
